IM3 is a Spanish company located in the City of Barcelona with a branch in Chile since 2011, and soon after in Peru with the goals to offer its Engineering and Consulting services to a greater number of clients. It started its activities in Brazil with our help at the end of 2017 when it requested our services, and intends to establish also with urban engineering and infrastructure of which they are gaining a greater weight within its portfolio of services. There are projects underway in France, Ireland, Poland, Algeria, Mauritania, Venezuela, Mexico, Panama and Argentina.
IM3 currently has more than 10 million Euros of business within its economic group and intends to consolidate in Brazil bringing quality services.
Cleveland Mining Company Ltd. – 2014 (Australia)
Cleveland is an Australian company headquartered in Perth – Australia which has a branch in Brasilia. Outsourcing services were provided to this economic group in Goias and Brasilia doing activities such as budget management, accounts receivable management, cash flow, control of investments in projects and relationship with banks; Management and control of financial operations and accounting of PREMIER (Project in Crixás – GO) and office in Brasília – DF. Monitoring of personal management and outsourced services in the execution of the Project and control of direct costs; Efficient communication in English directly with the financial controller in Australia for decision making.
ACME Analytical Laboratories Ltd. – 2009 (Canada)
ACME is a Geological Analysis Laboratory, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. We were responsible for the following routines: Fiscal (DMS – ISS, ICMS – SINTEGRA, PIS / COFINS, IRPJ / CSLL etc.) and Management (Monthly Balance Sheets – Brazil, Balance Sheets in English – Canada and Other Reports – Canada); During the partnership period we were mainly successful due to Mr. Odenir Campos having fluency in English as necessary for direct contact with the CFO in Vancouver in Canada.
